Privacy notice
The data controller is Adem Ulutaş. This notice explains how your personal data is handled when you use the contact form, and what the site stores on your device (Turkish KVKK law, no. 6698, applies).
What data I handle
The name, email address, subject and message you write in the form. To prevent abuse, your IP address is also counted in server memory for a few minutes; it is not stored.
Why I handle it
To reply to your message. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in being able to answer you (KVKK art. 5/2-f).
Who it is shared with
Your message reaches me as an email sent through Resend, a US-based email service, so your data is transferred abroad. It is not shared with anyone else. The site is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard server logs (such as IP addresses).
How long I keep it
Messages are not stored in a site database. They stay only in my mailbox, for as long as the reply needs.
Cookies and browser storage
The site has no tracking or advertising cookies. I store your language choice in a cookie, and your theme and motion preferences in browser storage on your device. They are used only to show the site the way you chose.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing. Writing to the address below is enough.
